I really don't know how to word my question, so let me explain.
I know each letter and number within a VIN represents something. Is there a website where you can punch this in and have it tell you?

Most of the vehicle manufactures have a VIN decoder on thier tech. websites.
On the GM site just click on the model year. http://service.gm.com/dealerworld/vincards/ https://www.fleet.ford.com/maintenance/vin_tools/default.asp If you need other vehicle makes, just do a search for "whatever make" VIN decoder. Hope this helps.
