Paint Problem

I re-painted my 750 which is on a 79 Chev Bison about 5 years ago, used Enamel Paint, all the metal parts look good but on the fiberglass hood I have what looks like mildew coming through or on to the paint, tried a general wax, the black spots will come off but come back in a couple of months, this just happens on the BIG hood which is fiberglass, is there a Miracle Cure for this problem

hey everyone most of you might know me from tow411. My name is Jason Zenk im 34 and im in business with my dad bob zenk. we started Zenk's towing in sept 97 and carriage Werks auto body in june 2006 in warsaw il
I learned how to paint in the air force. i worked on f-16's f-15's and a-10's and lots of AGE equipment. i was stationed at eielson AFB in alaska in early 90's. i got into autobody work after the airforce. i went to work for ora parkin at new image autobody here in warsaw. which is the shop we now own.
ora built this shop in 86' it is a small shop 40'x44' no paint booth. this has always been a body shop. i guess how carriage werks came to be. we use to do alot of motor club towing. one day i finally figured it out, that we just werent making any money doing that type of work. so we dropped our motor clubs. and found myself with alot of free time. and needing a new shop. just so happen ora was looking to move and sell...

I know each letter and number within a VIN represents something. Is there a website where you can punch this in and have it tell you?

While I'm not a body man by trade I do run all older equipment which has to look like new so a substantial part of our parts and labor expenditures goes to this area of maintenance.
